The European Cannabis Institute ("ECI", "we", "us") provides professional education, certification, assessment tools and consulting services relating to pharmaceutical cannabis manufacturing, GMP compliance and medical cannabis. We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a contact, enquiry, membership or newsletter form
• Request a downloadable resource, white paper or assessment result
• Complete the GMP Lite assessment, GMP Readiness Index™ or Pharmaceuticalisation Index™

This typically includes your name, email address, organisation, and any message or context you choose to provide. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking pixels on this site. The site search function operates entirely client-side in your browser and does not transmit your search queries to us or to any third party.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry, request or assessment submission
• Send the specific resource, PDF or result you requested
• Send newsletter or intelligence updates, only where you have opted in
• Improve our courses, tools and published content

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Form processing

Contact, enquiry and download forms on this site are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit a form, your submission is transmitted to Formspree's servers before being delivered to ECI by email. We retain enquiry and form submission data only as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
